Jason graduated from the University of Alberta in 2011 with his MScPT. In 2014, he opened the multi-disciplinary clinic Momentum Health West Springs, where he currently works specializing in treating a variety of clients and professional athletes using dry needling as a primary adjunct in his rehab protocols.

He began teaching Dry Needling for an American company in 2017, becoming the Western Canadian Lead instructor for both Level I and Level II courses in 2021. He then founded Elevate Dry Needling in 2025 with Slav Feldman to focus on Canadian standards; educating students on the effective use of needling in practice in relation to updated research guidelines in clinical care.

His passion for promoting the therapeutic use of dry needling has been the main driving force behind his desire to create a Canadian-based needling education company. His goal is to continue to offer high quality education so clinicians are able provide safe, effective dry needling therapy across Canada.
