Refund Policy

A full refund, minus a $60.00 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellation requests made up to 30 days before the course start date. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Requests made outside of this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.

Reschedule Option

With at least one week’s notice prior to the course start date, Elevate Dry Needling will facilitate a one-time reschedule to a future course start date within twelve (12) months of the original cancellation/reschedule date at no additional charge.

Medical Considerations

Level I Foundations Course: Rescheduling is mandatory if you are pregnant.
Level II Advanced Course: You may attend while pregnant and bring another participant to be needled during the weekend.

Both Elevate Dry Needling Level I: Foundations and Level II: Advanced courses are fully accredited by the standards set by the various Canadian Colleges of Physiotherapists. Regulations for dry needling instruction vary by province, particularly concerning the required hours of direct instruction before clinical practice. It is your responsibility to ensure that this course meets the specific guidelines of your licensing body. Please check our section on "Provincial Regulations" and confirm with your specific provincial regulatory body.
